Guild Rules and Member Responsibilities
- Members are required to visit the web site with some frequency to update their characters,
check the calendar and read the forums on potential members, raid planning, etc. The forums
are essential to our guild running smoothly and are the only means in which members can ask
questions, request assistance and communicate to all members. Replies to events/raids posted
on the calendar allow planners to know whether to move ahead or cancel, due to lack of interest,
as well as form groups in advance and plan a strategy, which saves time. You should be aware
of what is planned, where to meet, what to bring and what will be expected of you before you
log in. Don't expect to log in clueless and be allowed to join in on planned raids.
- Members are responsible for keeping their own character profiles up to date.
- No kill stealing. Period. (If there is a dispute over a camp, please try to conduct
yourself with honor and work it out. Please read the Dispute Resolution
policy for further information.)
- Members must use /ROLE rather than /ANON to avoid being pestered for ports and buffs. (/ROLE
allows your guild tag to show.)
- Under NO circumstances shall a guild member ask to be buffed, power leveled or given
equipment or money, etc. from a fellow guild member OR any other player. See the guild bank
if you need equipment.
- No dual-guilding. Membership is given to the person, not the character.
- Members must be level 51 (the level required to receive your epic) before asking for epic
quest help.
- We shall enhance other players' gaming rather than detract from it. (This includes
intentional training, poor sportsmanship, harassment and foul language in all modes of chat.)
- Members will at all times uphold the reputation of the guild and consider themselves
representatives of a whole, rather than an individual.
- Respect the game time and personal goals of your guildmates. While every member should
try to help out when and where necessary, members should not expect every porter, rezzer, etc.
to be available for every event or crisis. If you need help, of course you should ask, but
try to get help on your own before asking the guild.
- Disciplinary action will normally consist of one or more warnings before a player is
removed from the guild. However, guild removal may or may not be preceded by a warning if the
infraction(s) is(are) serious enough to warrant immediate dismissal. Guild removal will be
done along with a statement from the removing officer citing the reasons for the removal.
During the two-week probationary period, a member may be guild removed without notice.
- Members should be able to assemble groups on their own initiative to achieve their in-game
goals. The guild will not be organizing official raids and have the entire guild show up to
take out mobs that only require a single group.
