Dispute Resolution

Disputes with non-members:
You should first try to work the problem out with the other player via /TELL or e-mail in a civil and mature manner. Conduct yourself with honor. Do not carry on the dispute in /OOC or /SHOUT and do not curse, belittle or condescend to the other player. If you cannot resolve the dispute on your own, contact an officer for assistance. The officer will make a brief attempt to resolve the dispute with the offending party. If that attempt fails, they will pursue the dispute with the other player's guild officers or leader. It may be wise for you to use the /REPORT command or turn /LOG on to record the event in case a GM needs to be called.

Disputes with members:
If you have a problem with another member, you should first try to work it out in /TELL, PMs or e-mail. If it can't be resolved, contact an officer. All of the officers are willing and able to handle disputes between members. The entire guild should not be involved in private disputes. Arguments in guildchat or in the forums detract from others' enjoyment of the game and will not be tolerated. That being said, disputes should be brought out into the open and a member should not feel they are unable to post on the boards. Find some way to work it out. We want every member to be a happy and productive member of the guild.
